Shipping policy

SHIPPING IS INCLUDED

Every Moon Basin world is $50 USD with standard shipping included to every country where Moon Basin Worlds currently sells. There is no separate standard-shipping charge at checkout and no minimum order.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Libya, Macau, Nauru, Qatar, and Turks and Caicos Islands. We do not currently ship to other countries.

MADE AFTER YOU ORDER

Moon Basin worlds are printed, cut, and sewn after an order is placed. Production normally takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard international transit normally takes 5 to 20 business days after production. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and product availability.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak periods, customs processing, and carrier delays can extend delivery. The estimate shown at checkout for your specific address is the one that applies to your order.

TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Standard shipping is included. Local taxes, customs duties, or import charges are not included unless checkout explicitly shows them as collected. The customer is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country or carrier after purchase.

TRACKING

We email tracking information as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier first receives the package.
